Junior Biology Lab
We’ll be training the next generation of scientists during these fun and educational camps, learning about all things organic! We’ll explore the science of animals, plants, the human body, the ecosystem, and many more parts of our natural world. Get excited for a hands-on experience that will deepen your child’s understanding of biology and spark their imagination as they learn about themselves and the world around them, taking advantage of everything we have to offer in our science centre and Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park.
TechKnow Lab
These exciting camps are all about mindful messing around with tools and materials, with the goal of finding out their possibilities and limitations. In this introduction to computational thinking, your child will be making new things from existing parts, solving problems, experimenting with coding and robotics, and solving a series of challenges that will let them explore their knowledge of technology and programming in a way that is age-appropriate, educational, and of course—fun!
