Settlers’ Effects is a collection of 10,000 photographs that depict life during the earliest days in Prince George, Mackenzie, McBride and Valemount. It is a record of the impact that people had on the landscape, and how the landscape shaped the communities socially, culturally, and environmentally.
Milltown to Downtown
The population of Prince George, BC grew from 4,000 in 1947 to 35,000 when the boom peaked in 1972. This exhibition presents 2,000 photographs of how people lived, what they did, and the changes they made that are still part of people’s daily lives today.

The Electronic Forest
