NEW! Your Voice is Power

Target Learners: Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9

This workshop, developed by TakingITGlobal is inspired by powerful stories from Indigenous role models.

Students will explore creative songwriting and the opinions of an Indigenous songwriter on AI as a creative tool. Students will understand best practices and limitations of generative AI by comparing the process of composing lyrics both with and without AI. They will consider issues of plagiarism, copyright, hallucinations, and bias in artificial intelligence.
