Our Chef, Jeni, will lead you through preparing ingredients while giving you a little context, history, and some fun facts about each.

After preparation, you will be seated in our Gaia Gallery where you will be served a cocktail with your starter, then enjoy your custom-created grazing board. Finally, you will be treated to one of our house-made desserts with a port or whiskey!

• $175 + GST per couple for members | $200 + GST per couple for non-members
• Friday, February 17 & Saturday, February 18 | 5:30pm – 7:30pm & 7:00pm – 9:00pm (6 spots per sitting)
• Ticket is per couple
• Cancellations must be made by 12:00pm on Thursday, February 16 to refund your ticket
