Indulge in an elevated tasting experience as you journey through Scotland’s renowned whisky regions, each featuring a curated selection of exceptional single malts. At every station, discover the nuances of age, cask, and terroir, expertly paired with exquisite bites designed to complement each pour. Among the highlights, Chef Jeni’s personal favorite, Bunnahabhain, is paired with delicately smoked salmon, a perfect harmony of peat, brine, and indulgence.

At each tasting station, an attendant will provide insights into the whisky’s region, history, aging process, and tasting notes, allowing guests to develop a deeper appreciation for both the spirit and its perfect culinary pairing.
