General Information

• Bookings are limited and will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due on the party day
• Party offerings and costs are subject to change without notice
• All party packages are for a maximum of 15 children. You may add up to 5 additional children for $10/child
• We will ask you to confirm your party attendance numbers two weeks before the party date
• A minimum of 1 adult (18+) must attend the party

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the birthday party date are refundable less the 50% deposit.  There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice.
