We will welcome your team and explain how our gingerbread battle experience works. It will be packed full of games, challenges, and activities designed to promote team building and festive holiday fun.

Team Construction
Organize teams and have them decide on a festive team name and team captain. The punniest team names may even score bonus points!

Building Trivia and Ginger-Challenges
Teams will compete to win points that will help them earn secret ingredients to add to their gingerbread house. These comical missions bolster team morale and holiday spirit for the decorating challenge ahead. Example activities include trivia, randomly drawn tasks, and possibly even minute-t0-win-it challenges.

Theme and Secret Ingredients
This winning team will choose the theme for gingerbread battles and have the first shot at picking a secret ingredient. Every team will get at least one secret ingredient.

Gingerbread Fabrication
Teams build the most creative gingerbread house they can, based on a group theme. During this time, participants can cheer on their teammates, heckle other teams, and use their tool belt of edible accessories to create the gingerbread homes of their wildest dreams. (To code, of course.)
30 minutes
House Pitches
Teams have 30 seconds each to share their creative vision and give the rest of the group a tour of their cookie crib.
5 minutes
Vote
Host judges and participants will cast votes for the gingerbread house that trumps the rest.

Who is the CHAMPION?!
Who won? We’ll crown your office’s ultimate gingerbread champion team! Then, in the spirit of seasonal solidarity, we’ll snap a group photo and raise your crew’s holiday cheer.
