All reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hrs before the time of the reservation.

Seating time is 1 hour and 45 minutes. Please arrive on time, our seating times cannot be extended if you arrive late.

In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be subject to a fee of $20 per person charged to the payment method used to secure this reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

For parties over 6, in place of a gratuity, a 20% donation to the museum will be added to your bill.

For parties of 6 or more, please email bookings@theexplorationplace.com.

We will be accepting reservations for groups of 6 or more at our 12:30pm seating only.
