Homeschooler Monday: Coding for the Climate – Dash Robots
It’s back by popular demand! Our Dash Robots program filled up fast, so we’re thrilled to offer it again—perfect for students who missed out the first time or can’t wait for another robotic adventure.
In this hands-on coding challenge, students will explore energy sources, compare green energy and fossil fuels, and discover how technology can help protect our planet. Working in teams, they’ll program Dash robots to go on climate-saving missions—using functions and sensors to search for “sick plants” and solve environmental challenges.
This program runs parallel to last month’s Mars Coding Quest, but with an exciting new climate-focused theme. New missions, new problems to solve, and the same awesome robots!
Registration will open to members on Wednesday, January 7th at 9am. Registration for the general public will open on Friday, January 9th at 9am.
This program is free of charge thanks to our generous supporters:
