Exciting news! Mark your calendars, because we're gearing up for a special Thanksgiving treat! Join us on Monday, October 9th, from 12pm to 5pm, for FREE rides on The Little Prince!

The Exploration Place has been offering school programming to classrooms across Northern BC since 2001. Thanks to an $80,000 grant from the Drax Foundation, school visits and programs will be offered free of charge for Northern BC elementary, secondary, and post-secondary schools in the 2023-2024 school year. 

The George Phillips Exhibit Gallery is currently closed as we take down the World War Women exhibit and set up Broken Promises. Broken Promises is coming to us from the Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre and is scheduled to open on September 23rd. 

The Origins Kitchen take-out window has new fall hours.

Great news! The Little Prince will continue to run on Thursdays, but with a slight change in schedule. As we've all noticed, the days are getting shorter, and it's starting to get darker earlier. Beginning today, the Little Prince will be shutting down at 7pm instead of the usual 8pm. The museum will still be open until 8. See you soon!

Time is running out to catch the World War Women exhibit, here from the Canadian War Museum. Prince George is its final destination, so make Monday a double treat by immersing yourself in history and hopping aboard The Little Prince for a memorable day out.
